The combined bid submission deadline is set for 29 May.
Singapore's Ministry of Health (MOH) and Housing & Development Board (HDB) have jointly piloted a new Price-Quality Method (PQM) tender approach to evaluate both price and quality factors when renting out HDB shops to general practitioner clinics.
The combined bid situated at Bartley Beacon will conclude on May 29th.
In this trial program, the tenders' proposals will be weighted at 70%, with the evaluation focusing mainly on their quality. The remaining 30% will come from an assessment of the tender prices conducted by HDB.
In the meantime, the M OH will evaluate the proposals' quality across several dimensions, such as care models, personnel expertise, and operational strategies.
