Senate Bill 1295 approved with support from both parties in both the House and the Senate. This legislation mandates that 911 dispatchers receive current instruction on CPR techniques and assist callers with performing these procedures at an initial stage of a heart-related crisis. UYO – In an effort to ready citizens and stakeholders for potential prospects at the planned Ibom Deep Seaport and Ibom Industrial City, the Akwa Ibom State government recently hosted a maritime trade and logistics awareness workshop aimed at journalists and various experts within the region.
